RESUMO

OBJECTIVE@#This study aimed to estimate spatiotemporal variations of global heat-related cardiovascular disease (CVD) burden from 1990 to 2019.@*METHODS@#Data on the burden of heat-related CVD were derived from the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019. Deaths and disability-adjusted life years (DALYs) were used to quantify heat-induced CVD burden. We calculated the age-standardized mortality rate (ASMR) and DALY rate (ASDR) per 100,000 population to compare this burden across regions. Generalized linear models were applied to evaluate estimated annual percentage changes (EAPC) for temporal trends from 1990 to 2019. The correlation between the socio-demographic index (SDI) and age-standardized rate was measured using the Spearman rank test.@*RESULTS@#Heat-induced CVD caused approximately 90 thousand deaths worldwide in 2019. Global ASMR and ASDR of heat-related CVD in 2019 were 1.17 [95% confidence interval ( CI): 0.13-1.98] and 25.59 (95% CI: 2.07-44.17) per 100,000 population, respectively. The burden was significantly increased in middle and low-SDI regions and slightly decreased in high-SDI regions from 1990 to 2019. ASMR showed an upward trend, with the most considerable increase in low-latitude countries. We observed a negative correlation between SDI and EAPC in ASMR ( r s = -0.57, P < 0.01) and ASDR ( r s = -0.59, P < 0.01) among 204 countries.@*CONCLUSION@#Heat-attributable CVD burden substantially increased in most developing countries and tropical regions.

RESUMO

@#ObjectiveTo observe the combined effect and safety of Sodium Ozagrel and Low Molecular Heparin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infraction.Methods80 patients with progressive cerebral infraction were divided into experiment group and control group with 40 patients in each group. Sodium Ozagrel and Clexane both were used in the experimental group, but only Sodium Ozagrel was used in the control group. Platelet packing fraction and 4 items of blood clotting were examined before and 14 d after treatment. Neurofunctional defect was evaluated at the same time in the 2 groups.ResultsPlatelet packing fractions were significantly different when examined before treatment and 14 d after treatment both in 2 groups (P<0.05), but no difference between the 2 groups. The value of APTT 14 d after treatment in the experimental group was significantly increased (P<0.05), while this was not observed in the control group. Total effective power in experimental group was 89.7%, which was much higher than that in control group (77.5%). Neurofunctional defect evaluation in experimental group was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05) compared with that in control. ConclusionSodium Ozagrel combined with Clexane is more effective on progressive cerebral infraction.

RESUMO

In early 2004, following an epidemic of avian influenza A/H5N1 in human, an outbreak of influenza A/H3 occurred in 5 communes at Hung Yen province with 887 cases and no deaths. This outbreak developed quickly but only in medium geographical range (inter-commune). Most cases are of school-age (from 5 to 19 years old) which comprise over 85% of the total number and focus mainly in primary and secondary schools. Owing to discovered early the outbreak, consisted of determinate the reasons and response to outbreak quickly and strongly and applied routinely to prevention the spread through the respiratory, and it also the good lesson to the prevention of outbreak

RESUMO

Study on 943 patients with syndrome of exudate urethrovaginal, conjunctiva pus at National of Dermatology and venerology Hospital. Isolated 135 types of gonococci (14,31% positive). Using transplant and isolate bacterium techique on blood agar for antibiotic draft. Find out resistant to antibiotic rate of gonococci in Hanoi quite high in most of tested antibiotics. Penicillin was most of resistanced antibiotic 75,55, tetracyclin was 20,74%. In Ha noi occurred types of multi resistance gonococci with 2 antibiotic and 3 antibiotic. Not find any gonococci which resistant to spectinomycin and ceftriaxon in Hanoi

RESUMO

50 patients with the odontopathy and odontic advantages of technique of the three dimensional obturation/warm vertical condensation of gutta- percha included easy implementation, close obturation of the accessory root canals and high rate of healing the lesion of endodontic origin and limitations included no application for the odontic pedicle that have not been closed.
